Modern Courts organizes forums
and panel discussions designed to educate the public about pressing
court-related issues. In the past, Modern Courts has sponsored programs
on domestic violence cases in the courts, the need to increase the
fees paid to assigned counsel in the Criminal and Family Court,
and the movement to reform the Rockefeller Drug laws.
